As Managing Partner and Principal Consultant, Aaron harnesses experience and passion for designing and delivering tailored software solutions that address business needs. Aaron is a practitioner and is actively involved in every Launchpad project. In addition to being a software design and delivery expert, Aaron has gained deep expertise in the business processes in and around quoting, billing, payments, collections, finance, and revenue management. Aaron is an alum of Accenture, Salesforce, and Zuora.

NICHOLAS

As Partner and Principal Consultant, Nicholas leverages 20+ years of experience guiding businesses through business transformation projects. Nick has a keen ability to identify and understand complex business challenges and is able to design and deliver solutions to address them. Nick is an expert in business systems and processes in the Subscription, SAAS, Ad-Tech, Cable/Telecom, and Online industries.

Kacper, Launchpad delivery owner, is a’ jack of all trades’ technologist, with a track record of delivering robust, streamlined, and cost effective solutions. He is an expert in automating business processes, integrating 3rd party API enabled solutions, the quote to cash process, and delivering more automation than customers expect.
